Since 29 Aug 2025, all shipments entering the U.S. face customs duties and taxes, regardless of value.

While many shipping providers have had to raise prices or pause services, we’ve focused on keeping your shipping experience smooth. Over the past few weeks, we’ve rolled out key enhancements for you: full duties calculation based on HS code and country of origin, and complete landed cost payment upfront. No surprise fees, ever!

As part of our continued efforts to improve your experience, here are this month’s updates to our services.

You'll now have three shipping options: Express, Standard and Postal.

Our partners removed the DDU (duties delivered unpaid) option for Select Shipping, with DDP handling at SGD 10 compared to SGD 3.40 for Standard Shipping.

As demand shifted towards Standard Shipping, we decided to phase out Select Shipping altogether to focus on improving Standard Shipping and the services you rely on most.

Select Shipping is designed for shippers who want a reliable, budget-friendly delivery option to the United States - without compromising too much on speed.

It’s now available alongside our other two US shipping services:

– Fastest delivery option, 2–5 working days excluding delays

 – Cost-effective with balanced speed and reliability, 6-9 working days excluding delays

– Affordable tracked shipping for lighter items, 10-14 working days excluding delays
