How It All Started: Born in a Pandemic
JustShip is a home-grown Singapore startup launched in June 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. As borders closed, international shipping became essential but it was daunting:
- Exorbitant rates
- Snail mail delivery times
- Packing and customs were too complicated
- Queuing at the local post office was tiring
Our co-founders set out to make international shipping accessible to everyone.
Our Growth
We started by helping people send care packages during lockdown. As word spread, online sellers and e-commerce brands approached us: could we help them ship to customers internationally?
Today, we serve individuals sending care packages and businesses shipping to customers internationally. We've built relationships with carriers for volume rates, developed tools that simplify customs, and operate optimized routes on key lanes.
We're actively building more features for e-commerce sellers, helping entrepreneurs and creators scale globally without logistics headaches. But whether you're shipping one package or thousands, our mission remains: making international shipping simple, affordable, and reliable.
