What's Happening
Due to airspace closures in the Middle East, our shipping carriers have suspended all flights to and from the affected region. As a result, we are temporarily unable to accept new shipments to or from these destinations.
This suspension is in effect immediately and will remain in place until carriers confirm it is safe to resume operations.

What This Means for You
- 1No new bookings — We cannot accept shipments to or from the affected countries until further notice.
- 2In-transit shipments may be delayed — Parcels already in transit to these destinations may experience significant delays due to route diversions.
- 3Other destinations are unaffected — Shipments to all other countries continue to operate normally.
What We're Doing
We are actively monitoring the situation and are in close contact with our carrier partners. Services will resume as soon as airspace reopens and carriers confirm it is safe to do so.
