What's Changing
The U.S. is suspending the de minimis threshold effective August 29, 2025. Previously, shipments under USD 800 entered the U.S. duty-free. Now, all shipments will be subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of value.
These duties vary by country of origin, making international shipping more complex and potentially more expensive for both businesses and consumers.
Due to these changes, shipping providers across the board have to make adjustments, like increasing prices or suspending services. Amidst the chaos, we are listening to you, our users, and trying our best to adapt to the various changes. We seek your understanding for the volatility, and the following are our service and policy updates.
